About DiscipleRealm
I built DiscipleRealm because I needed it on Tuesday.
A letter from the founder.

Why this exists
I am the senior pastor of The Iconic Church in Vacaville, California. We planted it in the middle of a pandemic, which means we learned early that a church is not a building and discipleship is not a Sunday.
Here is what I saw once the doors reopened. People would hear a strong word on Sunday, nod, and leave. By Tuesday it was gone. They had Bible apps on their phones and video libraries at their fingertips, and they were still not growing. They were consuming. Nobody was walking with them.
I went looking for a tool that would carry what I preached on Sunday into the rest of the week. Something that would put a real study in people's hands, gather them in a room, let me see who was learning and who was drifting, and follow through with them when the meeting ended. It did not exist. So I built it.
DiscipleRealm is the tool I use in my own church. Every feature in it started as a problem I had with my own people. That is the only kind of software I know how to build.
“You do not build a realm. You steward the one you were already given.”
The Realm Methodology
How it is built
For thirty years I have worked at the intersection of leadership, communication, faith, and technology. Along the way I wrote down what I kept seeing: influence is not accidental. It is architected. Some leaders carry weight far beyond their talent, and others with every gift stall at the same ceiling for a decade. It looks random. It is not. Influence runs on a system.
I call that system the Realm Methodology, and it is the operating system underneath every product I build, including this one. It has three moves:
- 01
Define your realm.
Name the territory you have been entrusted with. For a pastor, that is your people.
- 02
Find who is stuck in the wrong one.
Identify who your realm was built for and stop preaching past them.
- 03
Move them across the border.
Build the systems that carry them, instead of hoping momentum will do it for you.
DiscipleRealm is the third move, built for churches. The Blueprint helps you define your realm. The Growth Path and the Studies show you who is stuck. The sessions, the journal, the recaps, and the follow-through are the systems that move people across.

Part of the Realm
DiscipleRealm is one of the Realm Companies, a family of AI operating systems for leaders. For churches the ladder runs: MinistryRealm, run your ministry. DiscipleRealm, grow your people. EveraRealm, leave your legacy.
What we believe about your theology
I am a pastor. I have convictions, and I preach them every week. DiscipleRealm does not.
This platform does not carry my doctrine into your church. Your church sets its own statement of faith, its own translation, and its own doctrinal notes, and everything the platform generates is shaped by yours, not mine. Barnabas, our AI study companion, is built to distinguish Scripture from interpretation, to cite the reference for anything it quotes, and to say “that is a question for your pastor” when a question belongs to you. Nothing is published to your people until a leader you trust has reviewed it.
I built DiscipleRealm to serve the whole church, not one tradition. If you disciple people, it is for you.
